Do what heals you. Surround yourself with nature while learning how to cultivate healthy, sustainable habits guided by expert yoga instructors who hold the space for you to immerse so deeply in wellbeing, it becomes a lifestyle. Wellness Retreats are offered for a weekend or a week.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum 24 hours (or the Friday before a Monday appointment) notice of cancellation as a courtesy to other clients seeking services. A fee of $25 will be charged for non-cancelled and missed appointments. A pattern of non-cancelled or missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice.
